We cover the whole united kingdom, but at the moment we covering LEICESTER AND LEICESTERSHIRE, COVENTRY,DERBY, NOTTHINGHAM, WOLVEHAPTOM, BIRMINGHAM AND LEEDS.

WHAT KING OF SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality commercial and  residential services in the Midlands area. We provide professional cleaning solutions for any Size of homes, offices, student accommodations, shops, pubs, restaurants and more.

OUR CLEANING TEAMS ARE VERY FLEXIBLE AND WE WORK SEVEN DAYS A WEEK?

On weekdays we start at 7am and with our latest appointment being between 5 and 6 pm. Our weekend start time is 9am, again advance booking is recommended for you to be able to secure an appointment at time and date that suits you best.

DO YOU WORK NIGHTS/WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS ?

yes ,because most of our cleaners do not mind working on Sundays or holidays or in an emergency at night. We do not charge you extra for this.

DO YOUR SERVICES HAVE A QUALITY GUARANTEE?

The cleaning we provide is a guaranteed professional service. If our cleaners missed something or there is anything that you are not happy with, you can always call our office within 48 hours of the JOB. The cleaning team will come back to do a free-of-charge re-cleaning of the missed spots.

DO I HAVE TO PAY YOU ANYTHING EXTRA APART FROM YOUR QUOTED PRICE FOR THE JOB?

Our quoted price includes all taxes and services. The only charge that might apply is parking fees. If you are able to provide a free parking space for the cleaners, you will not pay anything in addition.

IS YOUR STAFF INSURED AND VETTED?

Our cleaners are fully-insured and properly trained. We do not employ just anyone. We only employ people who we know personally or are recommended by people who are already working for us.

CAN I SPECIFY THE DAY FOR THE CLEANING?

Yes , you can specify the day for the cleaning or other services you require, and we will make every effort to meet your requirements. We try to be as flexible as possible. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice, so that we can adjust our schedules.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN THE CLEANING STAFF COMES? 

It is not necessary for you to be at home. We will make arrangements with you to gain access to your property, be it a key or other security access. For your peace of mind, you are welcome to stay home during the cleaning. In all cases, we would like that you be at your site address at the time when services you have booked finishes. In order to inspect our work and retrieve your keys.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION FEE?

We do not have a cancellation fee. We are pretty flexible with our customers. We just ask a notice of change or cancellation as far in advance as possible, so that we can adjust our schedules.

DO YOU PROVIDE CLEANING/JANITORAL SUPPLIES?

For End of tenancy cleaning and professional carpet and upholstery cleaning we provide all materials free of charge. For one-off-deep cleaning services we do not provide the cleaning materials. However, if you would like that the supplies to be included for this type of job, it will cost you an additional 13 pounds.

WHEN CAN I CONTACT YOUR OFFICE?

We can be contacted from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm and on bank holidays and weekends from 9am to 4pm. But should you have an emergency you can contact  our 24 hours emergency hotline  mobile.
